Grilled skewers with chicken and onions

Ingredients:

1 chicken fillet
2 onions
1 tablespoon of mustard
1 tablespoon of mild ketchup
marjoram
granulated garlic
salt
pepper

Preparation:

Chicken fillet should be well cleaned and cut into large cubes. Peel onion and cut into slices.

Add mustard, spicy ketchup, marjoram, granulated garlic, salt and pepper to marinade. Mix thoroughly and put in a fridge for about two hours.

Ready skewers spread on the barbecue and grill around 20 minutes.

Aids digestion, stimulates the appetite, positively affects the cardiovascular, antibacterial, relieves rheumatism and … is an aphrodisiac (or at least a grain of mustard seed have love potential). Besides the therapeutic effects of mustard was known to people for thousands of years. This has been confirmed by scientific research.

Party snacks

Ingredients: 
1 baguette
butter
150 grams of tinned ham

Preparation:
Cut baguette  into small sandwiches.

Healthy salad with meat

Ingredients:
6 leaves of iceberg lettuce
5 cherry tomatoes
2 pieces of pork loin
1 onion
mustard Sarepska Parczew

Preparation:

Light salad with mustard dressing

Ingredients:

5 leaves of iceberg lettuce

Preparation:

Ingredients:

Chunk of homemade bread with meat

Ingredients:
good quality country bread
2 large onions
half sticks of sausage
3 tablespoons of rapeseed oil
salt, pepper, mustard Kremska Parczew
homemade pickles
Preparation:
Cut the onion in feathers, fry in oil and season.
Fry sausage in oil with spices and mustard.

Ingredients:
Parczew Delikatesowa mustard
1 small zucchini
olive oil
pinch of salt
tablespoon of honey
cheese caprese
Preparation:
Cut the zucchini into thin slices, which should fry in olive oil.
Next, prepare the sauce with olive oil and honey (50/50).

Grandma’s spiced tripes

Ingredients:
1 kg of beef tripe
0.5 kg of carrots
1 parsley root
2 onions
1.5 l beef broth
Bay leaf
fresh ground pepper
Spicy mustard Parczew
salt
pepper
Preparation:
Tripe should be cleaned and cut into strips. In the shops you can buy already pre-cooked tripe.
Tripe that were not  pre-coocked will be cooked much longer than those that are stored in the freezer. Therefore, depending on the product to be cooked should be 1 to 2 hours, sometimes changing the water. At the time, place  in broth bunch of carrots, bay leaves and parsley. Cook all, until the ingredients are tender.
After 2 hours of cooking tripe , add broth to them, taking away vegetables. Carrots and parsley should be cut into cubes,onion should be fried in oil.
When the tripe is tender, add vegetables, and whole spices with salt, pepper and mustard Spicy Parczew.
Tripe should be served with the addition of bread.
