Tripe should be cleaned and cut into strips. In the shops you can buy already pre-cooked tripe.
Tripe that were not pre-coocked will be cooked much longer than those that are stored in the freezer. Therefore, depending on the product to be cooked should be 1 to 2 hours, sometimes changing the water. At the time, place in broth bunch of carrots, bay leaves and parsley. Cook all, until the ingredients are tender.
After 2 hours of cooking tripe , add broth to them, taking away vegetables. Carrots and parsley should be cut into cubes,onion should be fried in oil.
