Light salad with mustard dressing

Ingredients:

5 leaves of iceberg lettuce
5 cherry tomatoes
1 onion
1 chilli
caprese cheese
10 slices of zucchini
Horseradish mustard
salt and pepper
Preparation:
Rinse iceberg lettuce and tomatoes, drain on a sieve. We pour chopped lettuce and tomatoes into a large bowl.
Grill the slices in the pan 10 zucchini. Then chilli peppers, cut into thin slices.
Arrange on lettuce in turn: tomatoes, zucchini, chilli and sprinkle with chopped cheese caprese.
Then we pour the sauce made with horseradish mustard Parczew, a little oil and sugar.
