clean & rinse pork tenderloin , dry it with a paper towel. Cross the 5 pieces and smear each one on both sides with olive oil. Season with a little salt and pepper and mustard.
Grill on both sides until browned.
Cut grilled pork tenderloin into 0.5-1.0 cm strips and arrange on lettuce.
Then it teaches on a plate and garnish with a hint of orange rind.
